Privacy Policy

Weeks Left ("the app") is owned and operated by Sugoi Store LLC ("Sugoi Store", "we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our iOS application.

Information We Collect

Weeks Left collects minimal information to provide its core functionality:

• Birth Date: Used to calculate weeks lived and remaining
• Life Expectancy: Used to calculate your total expected weeks
• App Preferences: Such as theme settings
• Journal Entries: Personal reflections you write within the app

How Your Data is Stored

Your data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal information on our servers. The only way your data leaves your device is the optional iCloud sync described below, which goes to your own iCloud account.

iCloud Sync

On iOS, Weeks Left Pro subscribers can turn on "Sync with iCloud" in Settings. When it is on, your journal entries, milestones, birth date and life expectancy are stored in your private iCloud database using Apple's CloudKit so they appear on all devices signed in to your Apple ID. This data lives in your iCloud account and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We (the developer) cannot access, read, or export the contents of your private iCloud database. You can turn sync off at any time; your data stays on your device, and you can remove the iCloud copy in your device's iCloud settings.

Monthly Content Updates

The app downloads new reflection prompt packs and quotes from our website (tonybach.io) about once a day at most. This is a plain download of a public file: no account, identifier, or personal data is sent with the request. As with any web request, the hosting provider may log your IP address in standard server logs.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• RevenueCat: To manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect anonymous usage data. Please review RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for more information.
• Apple App Store / Google Play: Handles payment processing for subscriptions. Apple's and Google's privacy practices apply to these transactions.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data remains on your device, or in your own iCloud account if you turn on iCloud sync.

Journal Entries

Journal entries and reflections you create within the app are stored on your device. They are never uploaded to our servers; if you turn on iCloud sync they are copied to your private iCloud database only. Journal data is stored in the app's local storage and shared with widgets via App Groups for display purposes only.

Notifications

Milestone notifications are scheduled locally on your device using iOS/Android system notification APIs. No notification data is sent to external servers. You can enable or disable notifications at any time in the app's settings.

Widgets

The app includes home screen widgets that display your weeks data. This information is stored locally using App Groups and is not transmitted externally.

Children's Privacy

Weeks Left does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app is intended for general audiences.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
