Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Weeks Left, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Weeks Left application for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms of Use.
User Responsibilities
When using Weeks Left, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when setting up the app
- Use the app only for its intended purpose
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the app
- Not use the app for any unlawful purpose
Weeks Left Pro
Weeks Left offers optional premium features ("Weeks Left Pro"): the weekly journal with reflection prompts, milestone notifications, home screen widgets, iCloud sync of your journal, milestones and settings across your devices (iOS), and new reflection prompt packs and quotes published every month.
Weeks Left Pro is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy, may vary by region, and are subject to change.
Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
- Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period (one month or one year) at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings (Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions), or from Settings › Subscription › Manage Subscription in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
- Upgrades and downgrades: Switching between monthly and yearly is handled by the App Store or Google Play according to their rules.
- Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Lifetime Purchase
Lifetime is a one-time, non-renewing purchase that unlocks Weeks Left Pro for as long as the app is offered. It is never billed again. Customers who bought earlier non-renewing Pro passes or Lifetime keep their access, and purchases can be restored on any device signed in to the same account using "Restore Purchases".
Journal Data
Journal entries created within the app are stored locally on your device. If you turn on iCloud sync (Weeks Left Pro, iOS), a copy is also kept in your private iCloud account so it appears on your other devices. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your journal data. We are not responsible for any loss of journal entries due to device failure, app deletion, or other circumstances.

Weeks Left is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The life expectancy calculations are for informational and motivational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice or predictions.
We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
